Peak Environmental assigns a site-safety office to every environmental contracting project, who monitors the workplace and has the authority to shut down operations for any breach of safety protocol or risk to contractors or other individuals working on-site.

Our commitment

Only one consideration takes precedence over our commitment to client service: Our commitment
to safety.

Which is why we were among the first to implement a behavior-based safety system. To employ credentialed health and safety professionals. And to assign a site-safety officer to every project.

This commitment translates into safety standards far more rigorous than those set by government agencies. So schedules can never trump safety. And any one of our employees has the authority and obligation to stop all work on a site when he or she perceives a threat to health or safety.

At Peak, we believe that with effective safety management all accidents are preventable. Proof of which is the fact that in ten years of working under the most challenging of conditions, there has never been a significant injury on a Peak project.

And while keeping the site safe is simply the right thing to do, it’s also good business. Because an excellent safety record means lower insurance premiums for us and better pricing for our clients.
