Timothy Dillon – Vice President, Operations

Tim Dillon has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University and is a New York State Licensed Professional Engineer.

He is a member of the New York State chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers. Tim serves on the board of directors of the Empire State Highway Contractors Association and is Chairman of the board of directors of the Associate Builders and Contractors Workers Compensation Trust.

Tim’s field of expertise for the past 31 years has been in heavy civil construction. He has extensive experience in all phases of heavy construction as well as in business management and operation.
